Woke up with a small gash in my leg. My dog, Zoe, bit me last night, probably kicked her, but it is her fault for sleeping next to my legs when she knows that I move in my sleep. What is most surprising is that I did not wake up when she bit me. She is the type to bite when she is disturbed when sleeping. Oddly enough my other dog, Jakob, slept in the same area all night, next to my chest, and he usually moves around, too.
Depression in full swing
So last night I found out that my mom has pancreatic cancer of the liver. This will be her fifth time having cancer. I think I might be in denial or something because I can't cry about, but I want to, it's just the tears will not come. I was told that she has 1-3 years left to live, they will be doing some aggressive chemo, but all I can think about is the worst case scenario and I don't know how to deal with it. If my mom dies, I don't know what I will do.
What's up?
I apologize for my lack of activity this past month. My depression was starting to act up again, but instead of waiting for it to hit me, I decided to take action of putting myself in a situation where I don't need to focus on negative but on the positive, ergo I have started working out, in fact I have lost 20 in the past 6 weeks. Since I am working out, I am releasing dopamine, which is improving my mood, and makes me look forward to my next work out. I am happy to say that I punched my depression in the face and told it, "Not today!" I will be heading to a Zumba class here in a little bit so, I'll try to keep y'all updated.
Punk at work

The next work day I had after being diagnosed with heel spurs, I had to go home early because the pain was unbearable, even when I got home it was difficult to walk. Fast-forward to last Saturday, one of my co-workers who I barely know since when I start he leaves, his name is Alex, as soon as he sees me he starts mocking me by saying out loud for me to hear, "My feet hurt, I need to go home early." In a woe-is-me tone, when one of my other co-workers who has the same shift as me tells him that I have
Heel Spurs
Was at the Urgent Care at RACH basically all day yesterday. Thursday night at work my feet started hurting and by the time I got off (please note that I work at Burger King as a Drive-Thru order taker), I could barely walk because of the pain I was in. When I got home I went straight to bed and slept for 12 hours. As soon as I tried to get out of bed and walk, I almost screamed from the pain, so I just laid down for another two hours. When I finally got out bed I took a 30 minute Epsom salt bath for the pain, that helped only temporarily. No sooner than two hours after clocking in at work, my feet started hurting and the pain was escalating f
